There are multiple steps to get up to front door from either street or garage, then the internal stairs to bedrooms. So please be advised this property is not suitable for the less mobile person.
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, accompanied by split systems in lounge and dining areas and master bedroom.
There is a double garage but it isn't very long so some utes and large 4WDs might not be able to get into it. There is also room on driveway for additional vehicles.
All linen and bath towels are provided- please bring towels to enjoy the pool. High speed wifi is also included.
